This is an opportunity to join a major Australian contractor on a significant infrastructure project in a genuinely unique remote environment.

We're partnering with a well established contractor that is looking for an HSE Advisor to join their project team. You'll have genuine responsibility across the day to day HSE function with exposure to mobilisation, site operations, compliance and project coordination.

With a 2:1 FIFO roster, 30% uplift, private accommodation and meals provided, this is a role that offers something a little different from the usual site based HSE position.

The opportunity

- Support the project team in maintaining a strong HSE culture and provide practical advice around safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
- Deliver site inductions and support mobilisation, toolbox talks, pre starts, inspections and other day to day HSE activities.
- Conduct site inspections and observations, identify hazards, assist with incident investigations and follow up corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, registers and reporting while keeping across SWMS, risk assessments, permits,



plant inspections and other compliance requirements.
- Track workforce competencies and training requirements while supporting environmental monitoring, inspections and broader project initiatives.

About you

- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Previous HSE experience within construction, civil or an industrial environment.
- Robust communication skills and the confidence to work closely with site teams and project management.
- Organised and detail focused with the ability to stay across both the site and administrative side of HSE.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and able to take ownership of your responsibilities.
