Strata Manager | Great Culture | Up to $100K + Super

$90,000 - $100,000 + super + commission. Over $110,000 Package

We are seeking a Strata Manager with at least 12 months' experience to join a highly supportive and qualified strata management team with a fantastic culture.

This is not a sink-or-swim environment . You'll work closely with experienced leadership who genuinely believe in mentoring, supporting and developing their people.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 12 months' strata management experience
- Is a confident communicator and problem solver
- Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- Is comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and committees
- Has sound financial literacy and understands budgets and reports
- Can interpret legislation and assist with insurance matters
- Is practical,



organised and solutions-focused
- Can manage everything from maintenance issues to larger building projects
- Knows when to email - and when to pick up the phone
- Has a genuine can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

We're not necessarily looking for the person with the most experience. We're looking for the right person.

Additional commission opportunities are available, with the potential to earn several thousand dollars extra each year.
