About the Role
Beautylashious is looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Creator (Marketing) to lead our digital content across our salons and Beauty Academy. This is a hands‑on strategic role where you’ll take content from idea to production, publishing and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content & social media strategies
- Create and edit Reels, TikToks, interviews, photos and promotional content
- Develop campaigns and content series that drive brand awareness, enquiries, enrolments and sales
- Conduct interviews with team members, clients, models and Academy students
- Manage content calendars and social media channels
- Write captions and marketing copy
- Plan and optimise paid social media campaigns
- Analyse performance and continuously improve content
- Independently plan and conduct content shoots across our locations
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Qualified experience in content creation, social media & digital marketing
- Strong video production, editing and storytelling skills
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Experience with social media analytics and paid campaigns
- Strong communication and interview skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, photo-editing and AI content tools
- A commercially minded and organised approach
- Beauty, lifestyle or brand experience is highly regarded
- Willingness to regularly travel between Gold Coast, Brisbane & Cairns
Comfortable appearing on camera? That’s a bonus, but not essential.
