An exciting opportunity has become available with a highly regarded national advisory and consulting firm for an experienced Senior Consultant to join its Perth property team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll provide strategic advice to clients within the retail, residential, mixed-use, urban regeneration and broader property sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver research, analysis and strategic advice across a variety of property and economics projects
- Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets and client expectations
- Prepare high-quality reports, modelling and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development initiatives, proposals and presentations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on complex advisory projects
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Economics, Property Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Property or a related discipline
- Experience within a property, economics or advisory consulting environment
- Strong analytical, research and report writing skills
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
