Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join their growing team in Perth. What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting with clients to understand their financial situation and borrowing needs
- Structuring and recommending suitable home loan and lending solutions
- Preparing and submitting loan applications while managing the process through to settlement
- Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with clients and partners
- Keeping clients informed throughout the application process and providing clear guidance
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your pipeline to ensure timely outcomes
- Contributing to a collaborative and professional team culture
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Lending Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of residential lending products and credit assessment processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
