V/Line is seeking a Payroll Compliance Lead to ensure payroll operations meet legislation, regulations, and Enterprise Agreement obligations. Reporting to the Head of Payroll, the role provides specialist advice, governance and oversight to support accurate, transparent, and compliant payroll practices.
The successful candidate will manage compliance risk, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to payroll projects, system enhancements and change initiatives.
