Come and join this innovative organisation who is part of a global network of companies for a 12 month fixed term contract in corporate offices overlooking Sydney Harbour. Supportive HR team looking to mentor and develop.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing effective HR and administrative support to the HR team through the provision of; HR administration, reporting, analytics, and coordinating projects. You will work in a close knit team and because of this, you will get invaluable experience and exposure across;

- Work health and safety
- Employee and Industrial relations
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Reward and recognition
- HR communications and HR reporting
- HR projects

This position is well suited to a HR Graduate with 1-2 years HR or Administration experience, looking to kick start or step up their HR career. If you have a appetite for Industrial Relations this position will provide you plenty of insight.

You need to be a go-getter, ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in. Solid communication skills (both verbal and written), planning and prioritising skills are needed to perform in this position.
