We’re on the hunt for a Senior 3IC to join our high-energy team at Chadstone – Australia’s largest shopping destination!

If you’re passionate about sneakers, streetwear, great customer experiences and leading a team that knows how to have fun while getting results, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing

As our Senior 3IC, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and 2IC to drive the store forward. You’ll be hands-on, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members love showing up.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Leading and inspiring the team on the shop floor
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising
- Coaching and developing team members
- Assisting with stock management and inventory
- Stepping up and taking ownership when senior leaders aren’t on the floor
- Keeping the store looking fresh, energetic and on-brand

- Has previous retail leadership or senior sales experience
- Is confident leading and motivating a team
- Loves sneakers, streetwear and retail culture
- Brings energy, personality and a positive attitude
- Is commercially driven and loves smashing targets
- Leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Wants to grow their career within an exciting retail brand
