We're looking for an experienced and passionate Fundraising Specialist to join our Fundraising & Marketing team in Randwick.
This is a fantastic chance for someone with at least 2–3 years' fundraising experience who is ready to take greater ownership of fundraising programs, develop their skills across different fundraising streams and be part of a collaborative team that's ambitious about growing our impact.
About the Role
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of fundraising programs and campaigns while working collaboratively across our broader fundraising calendar.
Depending on your experience and strengths, your portfolio may include:
- Individual Giving appeals, including Tax and Christmas campaigns
- Regular Giving
- Gift a Night and other fundraising appeals
- Donor stewardship and relationship management
- Mid-level donor engagement
- Gifts in Wills
- Supporter journeys, retention and reactivation
- Campaign planning, delivery, analysis and reporting
We're deliberately building a fundraising team where people have their own areas of responsibility while also learning and working across different fundraising streams. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, develop recent skills and contribute ideas to some of Ronald McDonald House Sydney's biggest fundraising campaigns.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running while still being excited to learn and grow.
You'll ideally bring
- A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in fundraising, ideally across Individual Giving, campaigns, Peer-to-Peer, donor stewardship or a related area
- Experience delivering fundraising campaigns or supporter programs
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with supporters and donors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Confidence working with data, fundraising results and CRM systems
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across different fundraising programs
- Experience with Salesforce, Funraisin or similar platforms would be highly regarded
