We are currently assisting one of Australia's premier firms for an exciting new role in their market leading insolvency and restructuring practice. The Role

Reporting into a recognised restructuring partner (Legal 500 and Chambers listed), you will be working on some of the country's most complex restructures and distressed scenarios. The partner is looking for a lawyer with potential who they can develop into a restructuring specialist.

You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of matters including:

- Distressed M&A;
- Debt restructuring
- Securities enforcement
- Insolvency litigation
- Corporate wind-downs
- Debt trades





You We are interested in candidates who have the following:

- 2 and 4 years PQE
- Insolvency litigation OR transactional restructuring experience
- experience gained from a leading top-tier, international or boutique firm

Will also consider those with solid insolvency disputes experience who are looking to do front end restructuring work.

Location

This is Sydney based and will consider interstate candidates

Salary

This firm will pay top of the market salaries in this area.
