We are looking for an experienced Insurance Adviser as we enter an exciting recent phase of growth.
Following the recent merger of Apt Wealth Partners and Acceptance Finance, our insurance division has expanded significantly, creating a newly formed opportunity for a driven adviser who wants to help shape the future of the business. This role reflects a growing client base, increasing demand for quality insurance advice and our commitment to investing in the future of the team.
Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you will benefit from an established referral network, adviser relationships and existing opportunities, while having the freedom and support to grow your own client base, referral partnerships and professional network.

Responsibilities:
- Attract new and potential clients and leads through referral partners and private referrals
- Mentor junior employees of Apt Wealth and be proactive in encouraging their development
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve current client financial services offering and/or identify opportunities to build own client referral network.
- Be a leader in the organisation for younger staff to follow, demonstrating the behaviours and activity that drive success
- Provide consistent quality personalised advice to both new and existing clients considering their goals, objectives and circumstances
- Meet Apt Wealth Partners Advisers targets: revenue, firm efficiencies, pricing targets and compliance obligations.
- Ensure compliance standards and service standards are met for all prospect and existing clients of Apt
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards
- Actively contribute towards Apt Wealth’s drive to continuously develop and improve processes, employees and technologies
Qualifications:
- FASEA approved qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance or advisory roles.
