The opportunity
We're seeking applications from Integration Architects to support a Defence capability program in Canberra. You will lead the architecture and design of complex, multi-class technology solutions, connecting integration design integrity to broader capability and solution roadmaps; working across technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape how these systems converge and integrate.
What you'll do
- Develop architecture and design for complex, multi-class technology solutions
- Develop capability and solution roadmaps, including convergence pathways
- Evaluate solution options and manage trade-offs across technical risk, security and delivery constraints
- Lead development of integration and technical design documentation
- Participate in design reviews, technical working groups and architecture governance forums
- Engage stakeholders across Defence/NIC, communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support delivery outcomes through structured architecture governance and assurance
What we're looking for
- Qualifications in Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated architecture experience in Defence/NIC
- Experience developing capability/solution roadmaps and convergence pathways
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
