This is a full-time quick paced role providing sales support to Electrical Wholesalers. You will be responding to inbound customer enquiries and processing orders for an established locally owned Electrical Distribution Company in Rockingham.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and quotes accurately and promptly
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched on time for pick-ups
About you
- Proven experience in an internal sales or similar role
- Exceptional prioritisation and customer service skills
- Multi-tasker - can prioritise meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail a must
- Minimum accurate typing speed of 40WPM
- Tech savvy
- Electrical experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with MYOB would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Permanent resident or Australian citizen
- Must pass a background check
