About the role

We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Internal Projects Manager to join Eaton Electrical partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams. You'll drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing stakeholders, and delivering meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

- Lead internal projects from initiation through to successful implementation
- Develop project plans, business cases, schedules, and governance frameworks
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
- Partner with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business priorities
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project communications
- Drive organisational change and support adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Monitor and report on project performance, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement opportunities

About you

- Degree qualification in Business,



Engineering, Project Management, IT, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, or operational improvement
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong project governance, financial management, and risk management skills
- Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
- Industry experience within industrial, electrical, electronics, HVAC, medical devices, consumer products, or other regulated environments will be highly regarded
