We’re looking for a reliable, patient, and technology-focused IT Support Officer to help keep everyday IT operations running smoothly and provide practical technical assistance to users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and helping people solve technical problems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, account, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other workplace equipment.
- Assist with user account creation, access permissions, password resets, and basic configurations.
- Install, update, and maintain approved software and business applications.
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Monitor IT support requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, user accounts, and support activities.
- Assist with IT setup for new employees, office moves, and internal team changes.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external service providers.
- Create and maintain basic troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
- Support routine system maintenance,

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar workplace tools.

- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
