We’re looking for a dependable, curious, and service-minded IT Support Officer to help users solve everyday technical challenges and keep workplace technology running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with technology, and providing practical support while building a strong foundation in IT operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, account, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and workplace peripherals.
- Assist with user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and basic configurations.
- Install, configure, and update approved software and business applications.
- Diagnose basic Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and device-related issues.
- Monitor support tickets and follow up on outstanding technical requests.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, equipment information, and support documentation.
- Assist with setting up devices and accounts for new employees.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Create simple troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and internal IT documentation.
- Support routine system maintenance, software updates, backups,



and security procedures.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, IP addresses, DNS, and common connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a patient, user-focused approach.
- Comfortable assisting people with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable team player who takes ownership of assigned tasks.
