An exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Buyers Agent / Associate to join a high-performing boutique Buyers Agency. Working closely with the Director, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to property sourcing, client management and the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director across day-to-day operations
- Source on and off-market property opportunities
- Build strong relationships with local agents
- Attend property inspections
- Assist with managing multiple clients
- Manage database and client records
- Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors
- Coordinate appointments, emails and diaries
- Support clients throughout the buying process
About You:
- Previous Real Estate experience essential
- Solid phone and prospecting skills
- Hungry, motivated and driven to succeed
- Great attitude, energy and work ethic
- Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 Licence
- Driver’s licence and own car
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, polished and proactive
