Gem Switchboards is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) & WHS Manager based at our Kooragang facility, with responsibility across three operational sites. This hands-on role ensures QC and WHS processes are effective, followed and continually improved while maintaining ISO certifications.
The role involves auditing, improving controls, coordinating inductions and training, and driving continuous improvement across quality, safety and compliance in a manufacturing workplace.
