One Door Mental Health, now part of the Mind Australia Group, is seeking a Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator for a 12-month full time contract across South West Sydney and Illawarra. You will support consumers to implement their NDIS plan, link to housing, health, and education, and help them build capacity for independence.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team with flexible arrangements, travel within a 45-minute radius, KPI-free onboarding in the first week, and ongoing peer support.
