Position Description The Junior/Graduate Web Producer works within the data team at Sparro, taking client requirements from brief to live. The role sits between digital marketing, design and development: building and maintaining web pages, improving how they convert, making sure everything is tracked properly, and running the CRM campaigns that follow.

Objectives

- Drive client and business success through well-produced web experiences and customer journeys.
- Improve conversion rates on client sites through structured testing and UX/UI improvements.
- Make sure every site and campaign we produce is tracked accurately and reports cleanly.
- Maintain existing client websites, landing pages and CRM programmes.
- Champion better ways of working across the Sparro business, including AI and automation where they save real time.

Responsibilities

- Consulting with digital marketers, designers, product managers and clients to scope and produce web pages, landing pages and campaign assets that solve a business problem.




- Building and updating pages in content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar), working with HTML, CSS and light JavaScript to get layouts and components right.
- Running Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) activity: identifying opportunities from data, writing test hypotheses, building A/B tests, and reporting on what actually moved the numbers (experience with VWO or Adobe Target a plus).
- Applying UX/UI principles to page design and layout, working from wireframes and design files, and giving useful feedback on usability before pages go live.
- Building, scheduling and QA'ing CRM campaigns in Klaviyo and Braze, including email templates, audience segments, automated flows and lifecycle journeys.
- Implementing and maintaining web tracking and tagging through Google Tag Manager, GA4 and platform pixels, so conversion data lands correctly in Google Ads, Meta and client reporting.
- Running technical SEO audits on client sites, covering site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, internal linking and Core Web Vitals, then working with the team to get fixes shipped.
- Offering guidance on timing and sequencing of production work, and taking part in SCRUM rituals.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the sites, tags and CRM programmes you look after, so someone else can pick them up.
- Testing, debugging and maintaining live client websites and campaigns, keeping a stable and reliable suite of assets.
- Promoting the Sparro values and culture.

Skills

- An ability to quickly interpret a problem and mobilise to achieve a solution.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and enough JavaScript to debug and adjust a page.
- A sound understanding of user experience, conversion principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Comfort with data: reading a report, spotting what is off, and turning it into a testable idea.




- Attention to detail.
- Original, creative thinking coupled with a strategic, outcomes-based mindset.

Advanced Skills (Bonus/Nice to have)

These are not required. If you have them, say so.

- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to speed up production work, QA or copy iteration.
- Building automations in n8n, Zapier, or Google Apps Script to connect tools and remove manual steps.
- Experience with server-side tagging, consent management platforms or a customer data platform.
- Familiarity with a testing tool such as VWO or Adobe Target.

Performance Measurement The performance of the Junior/Graduate Web Producer will be determined on their ability to:

- Take a brief through to a live, accurate, well-tracked page or campaign without needing to be chased.
- Deliver measurable conversion improvements for Sparro and their clients.
- Keep tracking and CRM data clean and trustworthy.
- Achieve fast market-readiness while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.
