About RASAK

RASAK Group is a growing Australian and international business group operating across legal, immigration, accounting, credit, HR and business services. Our legal business is already established and ready for further development. We are now looking for an ambitious Australian Lawyer/Solicitor who wants more than a traditional employed solicitor position.

This opportunity may particularly suit a junior or early-career lawyer who has the ambition to eventually build or own a legal practice but may not yet have the capital, infrastructure, business experience or network required to establish a firm independently.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the Founder and help develop and grow RASAK LEGAL as a business and legal practice. This is not intended to be a conventional salary-based lawyer position.

The successful person will have the opportunity to participate in the growth of an existing business platform, with a structured pathway toward profit sharing and potential equity ownership based on performance and contribution.

After approximately 12 months, performance and contribution to the development of the business can be formally reviewed for an equity/shareholding opportunity, subject to an agreed partnership structure and all applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Help Build

Your role will extend beyond legal casework. You will work with us to:

- Develop and grow the legal practice
- Build relationships with migration agents, accountants, brokers, businesses and other professional partners
- Develop B2B referral networks
- Attend business meetings and networking opportunities
- Introduce RASAK LEGAL to potential strategic partners




- Assist with client relationship development
- Help establish new legal service areas
- Develop internal legal processes and workflows
- Work collaboratively with our immigration and other professional-service divisions
- Manage and assist with legal matters within your practising authority
- Contribute ideas and strategies for the long-term growth of the firm

Experience is valuable, but attitude, commitment and entrepreneurial ambition are equally important.

Commercial & Equity Structure

This opportunity is designed around performance, contribution and business growth rather than a conventional fixed-salary model. The proposed structure may include:

Initial Stage: Performance/case-based commercial arrangement

Growth Stage: Profit or revenue participation based on agreed performance measures

12-Month Review: Eligibility for a negotiated equity/shareholding arrangement based on contribution, performance, commitment and business growth

Any equity arrangement will be subject to a separate formal agreement, regulatory requirements and mutually agreed terms.
