- Use client-provided conversation examples, sequences and templates while keeping communication personal and authentic.
- Identify suitable leads and guide them towards booking a call.
- Follow up with warm leads and people who have been invited to book but have not yet done so.
- Track lead conversations, statuses, bookings and required follow-ups using an agreed system.
- Maintain accurate records so no warm leads are lost within Instagram conversations.
- Track booked calls and assist with appropriate pre-call communication or reminders.
- Communicate professionally and sensitively when discussing personal or health-related matters.
- Attend team meetings and communicate with the client via Zoom.
