Build and coach a small FDE pod to own deployment and adoption of an AI and data platform across multiple Australian enterprise customers.
This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining solid production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.
What you will own
- Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
- Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
- Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
- Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.
Evidence we are looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Prior FDE, implementation or consulting experience
- People or technical team leadership
- Distributed-systems and enterprise-integration experience
