We are looking for a passionate Leading Hand to join the team out in Redfern on a new project. We are looking for someone to work in a collaborative work environment in a team of high performers.

Infinity Constructions is a family owned Tier 2 Builder who has been operating within Sydney and Melbourne for the last 32 years working across all sectors with projects valued up to $150 million.

With having completed reputable and delivering exceptional projects, we continue to see growth within the business due to our loyal client base, as 83% of our projects are from repeat clients.

What we are looking for?

- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working as a carpenter or relevant trade.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred, Certificate 3 in Building.
- Knowledge of construction management processes and methods
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a large team and manage trades.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations,



and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.
- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
