Aqua Warrior Australia is looking for Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming season at our inflatable aqua park in Clontarf.

Whether you're at school or uni, looking for your first job, or just want something different over summer, Aqua Warrior offers a fun and social workplace where you'll work as part of a young team while helping thousands of guests safely enjoy the park.

And this isn't your typical pool lifeguard job. You'll be out on the inflatable course, moving around the park, interacting with guests and helping keep the action safe.

?What You'll Be Doing

As an Aqua Warrior Lifeguard, you'll:

- Actively supervise guests throughout the inflatable aqua park
- Enforce park rules and step in when you see unsafe behaviour
- Move around the course to maintain effective supervision
- Assist guests who need help on the equipment or in the water
- Respond to first aid incidents and emergencies
- Participate in rescues and water extractions when required
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Assist with lifejackets and general park operations
- Help keep the park and customer areas clean and presentable
- Participate in training and emergency response drills

For many of our team members, Aqua Warrior is their first job, so previous lifeguarding or customer service experience isn't essential. ?Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Confident and capable in the water
- Alert, responsible and safety focused
- Friendly and comfortable talking to customers of all ages
- Confident enough to enforce rules when needed
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions
- Available across weekends and school holiday periods

?What You'll Need Successful applicants will need to hold or obtain:

- Bronze Medallion (Course available at Aqua Warrior mis-September)
- First Aid certification
- Blue Card

Aqua Warrior-specific training is provided before the season, so you'll learn how our park operates, our safety procedures and what we expect from our lifeguards.
