We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Lifestyle Assistants (Disability Support Workers) to join our team and make a genuine difference every day.
About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will support Individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life through person-centred care and community engagement.
Your responsibilities may include
- Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living support in Individual’s homes
- Supporting individuals to access social, recreational, and community activities
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and supporting individuals with complex behaviours
- Encouraging independence and supporting NDIS goals and outcomes
- Transporting participants to appointments and activities using your own reliable vehicle
- Working a variety of shifts including:
- Day shifts (8:00am to 4:00pm)
- Sleepover shifts (4:00pm to 8:00am)
- Weekend shifts

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within three months of employment
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Ability to work effectively within a high-intensity support workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly Regarded We'd love to hear from you if you also have:
- Previous experience in disability support
- Experience supporting participants with high-care needs
- Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- A genuine passion for empowering people to achieve their goals
