The Company
Our client is a well-established Queensland contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced HSE Advisor to support projects across South East Queensland.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee HSE performance across multiple projects, conducting audits and inspections,
driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements across live construction environments.
Looking for a "coach" NOT a "policeman" - looking for someone who can encourage best practice.
Requirements
- Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety
- Experience in an HSE/Safety Advisor role within building / fit out / construction
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
