Our client a leading energy provider is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high‑value multisite customers. This role is central to achieving retention, acquisition, and cross‑sell targets while delivering outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage a portfolio of multisite customers as their key point of contact
- Achieve quarterly renewal and acquisition targets
- Run a fully self‑managed sales and renewals pipeline
- Conduct proactive outbound follow‑ups and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance, including Explicit Informed Consent (EIC)
- Match customer needs with the right product and clearly articulate value
- Support internal sales and CX teams when required
- Identify process issues, blockers, and customer trends to improve outcomes

What You Bring

Essential





- Proven B2B sales experience in the energy market
- Solid relationship‑building and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and customer empathy
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with MS Office

Desired

- 5+ years in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Orion, UCONX, MSATS or similar systems
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, can‑do attitude
