About the Role We are seeking a passionate and outcome-driven Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Allied Health team. This role offers an engaging, community-based setting working primarily within the NDIS space.
Whether you are an early-career therapist looking to consolidate your skills or an experienced clinician seeking autonomy and structured support, this position provides a diverse mixed caseload across the lifespan (infants through to seniors).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional capacity assessments, home modification reviews, and equipment/assistive technology prescriptions.
- Deliver personalized intervention plans tailored to individual participant goals across a varied lifespan caseload (Infants to Seniors).
- Maintain a sustainable and achievable daily target of 5.5 billable hours per day.
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, multidisciplinary teams, and community stakeholders to deliver person-centered care.

Requirements
- Relevant Qualification in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration.
- 1 to 2+ years of clinical experience (Junior to Senior candidates encouraged to apply).
- Prior experience or strong interest in community-based care and the NDIS framework.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
