About the Role:
This is a brand-new role, giving you the opportunity to build and shape the role from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate recent business
- Working through warm and cold leads
- Building strong relationships with prospective landlords
- Securing new management opportunities and growing the portfolio
- Reviewing and assessing tenancy applications
- Working closely with the sales and property management teams
- Option to attend Saturday auctions, with a half-day in lieu provided
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is hungry, resilient and driven to succeed.
You’ll ideally have:
- Minimum 12 months BDM experience (attitude and hunger matter more than years of experience)
- A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory)
- A strong prospecting and business development mindset
- Confidence with cold calling and generating new opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, positive and proactive attitude
- A genuine desire to grow and scale a property management portfolio
- Mandarin-speaking ability is a bonus! (but not a must-have)
- Ideally, you’ll live within approximately 40 minutes of Manningham
What’s On Offer:
- $70,000–$95,000 base salary, negotiable depending on experience and preferred commission structure. (OTE $130K)
