About the Position: Our client is looking for a Conveyancer to join our client’s team and manage a varied portfolio of residential property matters (with exposure to more complex files where you’re ready). This is a great opportunity to step into a steady workflow, build strong relationships with repeat referrers, and enjoy a team that prioritises quality over chaos.
You will handle matters such as:
- Sales and purchases (QLD residential conveyancing)
- Contract reviews and pre-signing advice support
- PEXA settlements,
stamping, titles, and settlement preparation
- Liaising with agents, brokers, banks, and clients from start to finish
Key Requirements:
- Proven conveyancing experience in Queensland (3+ Years)
- Confidence running files end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of PEXA and QLD conveyancing processes
- Strong client communication, attention to detail, and time management

- Salary range $70,000–$100,000 + Super (based on experience)
