With over 160 professionals across Australia and continued year-on-year growth, they are looking to welcome a talented Senior Accountant to their thriving Business Advisory team in Sydney CBD.

The Opportunity Joining the Business Advisory division, you'll work alongside experienced Partners and Managers, providing strategic accounting and taxation advice to a broad range of clients, including privately owned businesses, SMEs, high-net-worth groups, and listed companies.
This role offers a combination of compliance, advisory, and client-facing responsibilities, with ongoing mentorship and a clearly defined pathway towards Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for a diverse client portfolio
- Prepare and review management reports and financial analysis
- Prepare and review income tax returns, BAS and IAS for various entity structures
- Deliver business advisory services and practical commercial solutions to clients
- Assist with FBT compliance and taxation matters
- Support tax planning, business structuring and strategic advisory engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members
- Work closely with Partners on value-add projects and complex client engagements

About You
- CA qualified or currently completing your CA
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- 3–5+ years' Australian public practice experience within a boutique, mid-tier or Big 4 environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, proactive and eager to continue developing your career within a growing advisory firm
