About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (5+ years PAE) who’s ready to step into a career-defining role. This is more than just a technical legal position — it's a clear pathway to future leadership within a respected and growing firm.

You’ll work across a broad range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, developments, and more. The firm places a high emphasis on structured professional development, providing mentorship from senior practitioners and exposure to complex matters that will challenge and develop your skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a varied caseload including residential and commercial property transactions

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years PAE in property law, ideally within private practice
- Strong technical knowledge in commercial and residential property matters
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Desire to grow into leadership or partnership roles over time
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
