About the position:

Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a senior Property Lawyer ready to step into a true leadership role as Partner. Based in Brisbane, you’ll play a central part in a growing national strategy while working closely with an industry-leading CEO known for building high-performance teams and scaling firms.

You will lead complex commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, developments, leasing,



and disputes. The role offers significant autonomy and the chance to build and mentor your own team of junior lawyers, while also contributing to firm-wide strategy and growth initiatives.
This is the ideal role for a commercially-minded lawyer who’s ready to elevate their career and help drive something big.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years PAE in Property Law (private practice)
- Deep experience across major transactions, leasing, and property disputes
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring
- Strategic business development ability and a client-first mindset
- Accredited Specialist in Property Law is a bonus, not essential
