Our client is looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a thriving multidisciplinary clinic located in South Morang. You’ll join a team of 15 therapists across Speech, OT, and Physiotherapy, with the option to work with paediatric or adult clients, depending on your preference! This role is suitable for a clinician who enjoys a flexible work-life balance and values a supportive team culture.

- Market-competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services in clinic, schools, homes, or community settings
- Provide assessments, therapy, and documentation aligned with your caseload preferences




- Communicate confidently with families, schools, and stakeholders
- Participate in weekly mentoring, supervision, and team development sessions
- Maintain accurate notes, reports, and client progress tracking
- Contribute to the clinic’s collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Full drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
