As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, managing a diverse caseload, and contributing to the firm’s continued success. You will work alongside experienced and well-connected industry professionals, leveraging the firm’s national and international networks to provide exceptional service to clients.

Your Role:

- Oversee and manage high-net-worth family law matters, including:
- Divorce & separation
- Property settlements & financial agreements
- Parenting disputes & child support
- Spousal maintenance & relocation matters

- Provide strategic legal advice tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain robust client relationships and referral networks
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team
- Contribute to business development and firm-wide initiatives
- Work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled family lawyers

What We’re Looking For!

- 6+ years PAE in family law with proven experience in complex matters
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
- A commercial mindset with experience in business development
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- A drive for excellence with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal solutions
