Our client is an established allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy services across clinic and community settings.

The team has a strong paediatric focus, with a current OT team made up of 6 paediatric Occupational Therapists, 3 adult Occupational Therapists and 2 team leads. There is also access to a broader allied health network, including Physiotherapy support through another clinic.

This is a team that values structure, supervision and clear expectations.

About the position
Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience to join their team. This role is suited to an OT who is confident working with children and families, and who is ready to manage a paediatric-focused caseload.

The caseload is close to fully paediatric, with common presentations including ASD, ADHD, social anxiety and more complex developmental needs.

The role can involve either a clinic-based caseload, a community-based caseload, or a split across both.

- Salary around $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Full-time role preferred
- Part-time considered from 4 days per week
