Our client is a well-established service in Newcastle with a solid reputation in neurological and complex care, and exciting growth plans, including the acquisition of a long-standing Speech Pathology clinic with over 60 years of history. With a large waitlist and consistent referrals, they’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who wants to be supported and continuously clinically develop.
- Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)
- Caseload: Neuro, paediatrics & adults | NDIS, private, iCare, DVA

About the Role:
- Manage a varied caseload across paediatrics and adults
- Work with complex conditions including stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, MND, Parkinson’s and more
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and detailed clinical reports
- Work across clinic and community settings with flexibility
- Be part of an end-to-end care model supporting clients post-hospital into the community
- Opportunity to specialise or progress into leadership/complex care pathways
Support Available:
- Extensive internal supervision from senior clinicians (10+ years experience)
- External supervision also available
- Structured onboarding and ongoing clinical mentoring
- Large MDT including OTs, Physios and Doctors within the service
- Strong admin support and established systems

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
