SustainHealth Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time Primary Health nursing opportunity within a correctional healthcare service in regional Northern NSW.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a stable, long-term position while working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and providing high-quality primary healthcare to a diverse patient population.

The service operates across maximum, medium and minimum security environments, with the patient population being predominantly male alongside a smaller female unit.

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in Primary Health, Acute, ED, Medical/Surgical,



Mental Health or Correctional Nursing highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to providing protected and high-quality patient care
- Full Australian working rights preferred
- International candidates requiring sponsorship may also be considered

Correctional nursing experience is highly regarded, but nurses with a solid Primary Health, Acute, Emergency, Medical/Surgical or Mental Health background are encouraged to apply.
