About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist for a locum Community and Musculoskeletal (MSK) role based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients across community and clinic settings. This role offers variety and autonomy, with a focus on helping individuals achieve their mobility, strength and functional goals through tailored therapy and rehabilitation programs.
Your caseload will include musculoskeletal and community-based physiotherapy services, functional assessments, client-centred treatment plans, exercise therapy programs (gym and hydrotherapy as applicable), and support with injury prevention and return-to-activity programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide musculoskeletal and community-based physiotherapy services
- Conduct functional assessments and develop client-centred treatment plans
- Deliver exercise therapy programs (gym and hydrotherapy as applicable)
- Support injury prevention and return-to-activity programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (essential)
- Full AHPRA registration (essential)
- 2-3 years experience (Preferably)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Previous MSK or community rehabilitation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and qualified growth
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
