About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Clinical Lead to join a growing social enterprise redefining neurological rehabilitation in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time or permanent part-time leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, based at our Brisbane clinic with opportunities to contribute across our national network.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and allied health assistants delivering cutting-edge, neuro-controlled exoskeleton rehabilitation. The role blends strategic clinical leadership with hands-on client care, keeping you close to the clients, their goals, and their 1% wins.

About You:
- 10+ years clinical experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or equivalent allied health skilled
- Strong understanding of neurological rehabilitation and neuroplasticity principles
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and service innovation
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Desirable: multi-site scaling experience, robotics/neuro-controlled device exposure, research and publication experience
