With multiple transformation programs underway, they are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives across the business.

Description

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded Technical Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology. Working closely with business leaders, project teams and technical specialists, you will identify opportunities for improvement, define solution requirements and ensure projects deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Defining functional and technical requirements for project delivery
- Mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting solution design across systems, data and integrations
- Facilitating workshops and driving requirements discussions
- Working alongside development and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies, backlog management and prioritisation
- Supporting testing, implementation and business readiness activities

Profile





You will be an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a track record of delivering complex technology projects within large organisations. You will bring experience from FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction or Infrastructure.

- Extensive experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, preferably within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle including requirements, design, build, test and implementation
- Strong experience in process mapping, technical specification writing and production of technical documentation and diagrams; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio) and online whiteboard tools (Mural, Miro)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working across enterprise applications, integrations and data-driven initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes
