Sims Limited in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our recycling facility. You will lead the yard team, coordinate tasks, and role-model safety, customer service and operational excellence while working with mobile plant such as excavators and forklifts.
You will develop others, drive productivity, and ensure a positive, protected work environment. A forklift licence is preferred, with strong communication and a team-first attitude.
