Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Mattara Hotel in Newcastle, NSW. The role centers on leading a busy hospitality team, delivering top service, and creating a welcoming pub atmosphere across multiple venues within the venue.
You’ll support the Publican, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance. A hands‑on leader with solid people skills, RSA/RCG/ARCG and experience in bar, bistro or gaming rooms is preferred.
