This values based organisation walks and talks its purpose! They have a 12-month maternity leave contract available within their amazing OD team.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development you will be working in a collaborative team developing a people leaders toolkit which will be a Managers 101. This will incorporate online videos, eLearning and face to face - don't worry - you don't have to be an instructional designer - you need to be a leadership developer! You will co-writing this with your team. You will also be involved in Employee Engagement, the recognition and service awards as well as the Talent Management Program and Senior Leadership forum.
