Who You Are
- Background in Machine Learning,
Computer Science, or a closely related technical field
- Able to break down complex logical and technical problems into clear, structured steps
- Solid analytical thinker with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
- Confident written communicator — you can explain technical reasoning clearly and precisely
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with how LLMs are trained or fine-tuned
- Experience working with APIs, coding assistants, or AI-powered tools
- Background in software engineering, data science, or applied research
