Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager, Organisational Development.

This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.

As a member of People Capability and Culture Business Unit, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing HSS’ People, Culture and DEI Strategy.
- Developing values-aligned programs and initiatives that will build HSS’ desired culture, improve performance and increase the capability of the workforce
- Planning, designing and implementing learning and development programs for HSS employees and leaders, including learning management systems and contracts.
- Developing and managing the performance management, talent management and succession planning frameworks to enable HSS to have the right skilled workforce for the future.
- Developing and implementing workforce planning capabilities across HSS,



including identifying future workforce risks, and supporting Business Units to develop and implement solutions to mitigate the risks.
