Role Description

- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Assist with content creation, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, presentations, and promotional materials.

- Manage and maintain social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, content quality, and audience engagement.

- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

- Support digital marketing activities across channels such as search, social media, email, display, and content marketing.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics, engagement, traffic, conversions, and return on investment.

- Assist with SEO, paid media, website optimization, and marketing automation initiatives.

- Coordinate with creative, sales, product, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign materials, databases, and digital assets.

- Help organize marketing events, product launches, promotional activities, and other brand initiatives.

- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Understanding of fundamental marketing principles, digital marketing channels, customer engagement, and brand communication.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify actionable insights.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing ideas.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with design or content creation tools is a plus.

- Strong interest in digital marketing, consumer behavior, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.
