South Regional TAFE has secured almost $5 million in Commonwealth and State funding to deliver strategic initiatives that will shape the future of vocational education and training, workforce development, industry engagement and student success across regional Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable project leader to establish our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of strategic projects.

A significant component of this role also involves leading applied research activities that support innovation across the vocational education and training sector. You will:

- Lead applied research and stakeholder engagement activities that inform innovation and workforce development initiatives.
- Translate research and evaluation findings into practical frameworks, tools and strategic recommendations.
- Develop scalable, evidence-based solutions that improve organisational and sector-wide outcomes.
