Position Summary

Kiel&Co; are searching for a part time ( circa 8-10 hours per week ) Marketing & Design Coordinator who would be is responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing, branding and presentation of the company’s property development portfolio. The role manages marketing campaigns and materials across digital, print and social platforms, supports property sales and agent activity, coordinates websites and project content, and assists with design and material selections across new developments.

Working across multiple projects from initial concept through to completion, the role liaises with agents, consultants, contractors and creative suppliers to ensure each development is presented professionally, consistently and effectively. The position plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand presence, supporting sales outcomes and delivering high-quality marketing and design across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Advertising

- Prepare and update Information Memorandums (IMs) for property developments.
- Design and coordinate electronic flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Write and edit advertising content for print and online media.
- Coordinate and manage professional photography and video shoots.
- Liaise with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and media suppliers as required.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s branding and standards.

Social Media Management
- Create, schedule,



and publish content across the company’s social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content, including project updates, completed developments, construction progress and company news.
- Monitor social media activity and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
- Assist in growing the company’s online presence and brand awareness.

Website & Digital Management
- Manage and update company and project websites, including project information, imagery and availability.
- Coordinate website development, revisions and current project launches with external developers.
- Maintain consistency across digital platforms and ensure project information remains current.

Design & Product Selection
- Assist in the selection of finishes and materials for development projects.
- Coordinate colour selections for cabinetry, paint, tiles, flooring, and other interior and exterior finishes.
- Research and present material and product options for management approval.
- Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure selected finishes are delivered as specified.

Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant design software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative eye with an understanding of design and branding.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
